Budin House Structure Completes
Structure of the Budin House is complete and waits for finishing works. The house is located in a new residential area in Orehovlje, Slovenia.
Although still a construction site, one can already get an idea of the final look. Construction of the family house progressed quickly after the project won building permission. This modern residence occupies the north side of a small plot, leaving most of it to be used for the outdoor activities of a young family.
The living areas on the ground floor open to a private garden to the south, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The first floor offers privacy for five bedrooms, catering to the needs of a growing family. Both floors feature long horizontal windows facing the south, maximizing natural light and offering views of the surrounding landscape.
The house is expected to be completed this year, marking another milestone in Grega Vezjak's portfolio of contemporary residential architecture. The clean lines and functional layout reflect a commitment to modern living in harmony with the environment.
